Genesis, no. But the NES? Yes! I was having a really great run of Ninja Gaiden and had gotten further in the game than I had ever gone before but also needed to go to bed.

Chemical Plant Zone.
6. Did you ever rage quit Battletoads or nah?
I've rage quit some games when I was a teenager but I don't even remember what it was. I'd usually just shut the system off and go do something else.

Between these two Streets of Rage.
8. If you could live in one Genesis world, which game would you pick?
Dang that's a neat question. Maybe Landstalker.
9. Sega CD add-on: Cool flex or waste of money?
It wasn't supported like it should have been but it's pretty rad. One playthrough of Snatcher was enough to sell me. Also that D&D game with the Yuzo Koshiro soundtrack wewee that was a bop.
10. What’s scarier: The boss music in Ecco the Dolphin or the water timer in Sonic?
The water timer in Sonic. It's haunting.

Mutant League Hockey. I'm as shocked as you are that there's a sports game I like.

I've been pretty lucky with the Genesis they've usually all fired right up.

Nah, I have a copy of it but I was past the Mortal Kombat stage of life by the time that landed on my shelf.

Blaze, 100%.
15. Funniest Genesis memory with a friend?
I don't really have a funny one but the best one was beating Gunstar Heroes with my dude Arthur. That was dope as heck.

I LOVE the 6 button controller and cannot stand the 3 button controller.

For me, it's Zero Wing. I just can't get into Altered Beast.

Hmmm. I don't know that I have a guilty pleasure game. I guess the first thing that pops to mind is I have a BURNING desire to play the fan translated game Battle Golfer Yui.

Nothing springs to mind.
20. Did you ever rent Genesis games from Blockbuster or a local shop?
I didn't have a Genesis until I was an adult and got a used one. My brother had one back in the day and I think he had rented Robocop Vs. Terminator. That game was one of the main driving forces behind me wanting to buy a Sega Genesis.
21. Genesis box art: Cooler in North America or Japan?
I'd have to judge it on a case by case basis but I'm willing to bet the better art is more often found in Japan.
22. Favorite Genesis RPG?
Shining Force! Totally forgot I played it but it rules.
23. Did you ever actually beat Toejam & Earl legit, no cheats?
Nah man I never made it that far but it's fun and I like to play it.

Dang I don't know man. Hack it and add the entire library tbh.
